New World refuses to uphold their warranty

I bought a Casio electronic 'waterproof' watch (Module No.3149) after the first month it started letting water in and a month after that the armband just broke off. I was shocked by the rudeness from the staff and their unwillingness to assist with my request. Their only response was, that Casio does not sell duds like this and it must be the customers fault. It is easy not to be accountable for your products quality by just using every excuse in the book not to replace the watch. After telling me that they are not going to repair the watch they also lost the parts that broke off. Subsequently nobody can repair the watch now. After receiving the worst service of my life I will not support New World or Casio again.
