Sandton Clicks refusing to refund me on double pmt

My wife visited Clicks Sandton on the 9th of Feb 2013 to buy my unborn baby's clothes, upon payment she was told that the transaction did not go through and instructed to use another card for the payment, she did use another card which they said had gone through and she immediately advised me and upon cheking my account, i realised that the 1st card had actually gone, i immediately informed her to query and she was told that the funds will be reversed if it is a double payment. I made contact with Clicks Sandton the following day on the 10th to query this double payment and i was told to provide my bank statement showing the double payment and the receipt of the successful payment which i also did, and up to now i have been getting a run around from clicks, the consultant i last spoke to on Friday informed me that Head Office had seen the double payment, but still require the 2 card numbers used, i did give them the card number and now they are just quite, i dont know what else i should do to resolve this mess which evidently was caused by their rude and unprofessional staff.
