Charged interest incorrectly for the second time

Following a recent issue in relation to my Clicks Credit Card which I report on HelloPeter, I was refunded an incorrect interest charge but never received a response from Clicks confirming this. The same problem has occurred this month in that I have made payment of my monthly credit card bill on time in the same way I have been doing since I got the card, but have been charged interest for an overdue payment.

This is unacceptable and needs to be remedied as soon as possible. I am particularly concerned that an error on Clicks' side is causing a problem and that this may reflect on my credit record as a late payment, despite the fact that I have made the payment as required.
