Tuesday, 29 October 2013, I made a purchase at Clicks Knysna Road, George. Whilst making the card payment the cashiers monitor froze, and she could not see whether or not the transaction was successfull on the monitor. The payment on the card machine was done because she removed the card, and handed it back to me, then she asked me to make yet another payment with the card, because she is not sure whether or not the payment went through. She then put the card through 3 times, but luckily on all 3 occasions the card machine rejected the transaction. She then asked me to pay with cash, and before paying I asked her what is going to happen if this transaction went through on my card and I have to pay for it with cash as well, she then arrogantly answered me that they will pay me back. On Thursday the 30th of October I drew a bank statement and realised the transaction went through, and I immediately made them aware of the incident, on which they asked me to bring my bank statement and the cash receipt, which I did on Friday the 1st of November, since then I am the one making calls to them without a proper answer from them, just "we will get back to you", which they do not do. DISSAPOINTED
