NO service on faulty item

Hi
I reported a item bought at [URL Removed] as faulty on 17 Dec 2012. I was told on 20 Dec 2012 that it would be picked up in 3-5 working days. On the 2nd January I sent a reply to an e-mail recieved from them. Didn't even get a reply until now. I phoned again twice and was promised it would be picked up and someone would give me feedback. Still nothing. It has now been a month.
