I previously logged a complaint to Edcon regarding my late fathers account, the person that was assisgned to help was Mpho Tau, id like to take this opportunity to recognise and thank Mpho for her patience, sensitivity and help regarding my query, She really sympathised with my family and saw to it that we got what was due to us after the edcon stores had been sending my other and i from pillar to post. Much as i used this very plaform to complain id like to use it again to give thanks and appreciation, Thank you Mpho its people like you that we need in customer services and you deserve recognition.
