R5000 Refund for 3 Day LIVE Public Speakers Univ

I paid for this course on the 20/7/13, I requested a refund as I will not be able to attend the course on the 24/7/13. They said I was within the cooling of period so I was entitled to a full refund, they requested an email with my account details, which I sent 25/7/13, they said I will have my money soon. 10/8/13, I spoke to Jade who said she will sort out my refund so I should email my details. I emailed her and called, she responded to non. Eventually her office said my money will be in, in 7days. 26/8/13, I spoke to Elaine, she said she has to consult accounts, then she gets back to me on the 27/8/13 saying I have to wait 30 days cause my claim for a refund was not sent through.

I have been given the run around by these people with my money. They run these success resources seminars but they lack integrity and honesty. I want my money back because I followed all the processes they said i should to get my money from them but they are always telling me stories.

I am very angry at the service I have recieved and all I want is my money back.
