ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!

My family and I were purchasing snacks, and because we were a big crowd a little confusion occurred. No harm no foul, we accidentally placed an order and then cancelled it IMMEDIATELY to restart the order. As soon as I looked up and opened my mouth to make the order, the snotty employee behind the counter cut me off and began shouting at me "but I already asked you if you wanted anything! " with the most disgusting attitude I've ever seen. I then asked her "who is the customer here? " to which she replied "You! But I already asked you what you want! ". This then turned in to a DEBATE as to who was RIGHT and who was WRONG. I cannot even explain the the type of attitude I received from the woman behind the counter, honestly I have never been spoken to with such disgust in my life. There is FAR more to this story, but unfortunatly my space here is limited. I would like to know is this the type of people you employ? Is this the type of experience you want your customers to have? Do you even want business? I see a complaint about this woman already here on hellopeter and nothing has been done. This woman needs to be FIRED. She does not deserve a job, whilst others do. Totally appalled.
