Pick n Pay... you are my retailer of choice, I am a smartshopper and very loyal customer. But I have 2 major complaints today. 1 Why on earth did you change the electronic conveyer checkouts for these awful half oval things that customers now need to unpack and then move their shopping along to get the jolly stuff through the till - it seems like you have developed backwards...; 2 PLEASE PLEASE can you train your bag packers. Because I had to spend so much time trying to get my shopping through the till I didnt oversee the packing process today. I had colddrinks packed on top of crisps (!!!) and the watermelon packed on top of the butter lettuce (!!!). He was very cheerful but completely clueless. My groceries cost a lot of money, I was not very impressed to fidn crushed crisps and squashed lettuce in my bags when I got home. One last thing that happened today I was charged R900 for 1kg of ribs. Thanks goodness I checked what seemed an exhorbitant bill and they rectified it for me. Not at all a pleasant experience at all today.
