09.07.2012 i sent my Nokia E7 for repairs recieved it back the 26.07.2012 a few months later the phones charging block was loose and i sent it back to them. a month later i recieved it back the charging block was no longer loose but phone did not want to charge anymore so again i had to go back.so it was sent back on the same job number as its under warranty of the previous fix.on the 21.1.2013 i had to call and find out whats happening as no one calls me about anything like all the other times.and i was told my phone ws sent to the wrong store and they would send it to the correct store and i will get it in a weeks timeframe. 2 weeks later i again had to call as no one contacts me and on the 14.02.2013 i am told it was deemed beyond repair.today i recieved a call from edgars to answer the enquiries i had at store and was told that B.E.R is due to the insurance losing my cellphone!!! and also they only over for 5000.00 so i cant get the same phone again unless i pay 1000.00 extra to the claim.and then they tell me that they cant even find the phone i want either.
i upset and disgusted with the service i recieved.i work in customer service so i know what service is
