We went the online route as my wife is temp in a wheelchair and daughter has broken her back (car accident). During this period we have no vehicle. On Thursday we shopped online for the 3rd time. The goods arrived late (Saturday), bread past sell by date, 2 items charged for did not arrive, 2 items incorrectly supplied (no one called to confirm alternative), 2 veg items rotten. Called Helpline no answer, wasted full months R135 airtime. Sent email complaints online on Sat when delivery came, today is Tuesday still no response. So much for the 24hr response time... Now just got an email asking if we got our order ...? Woolworths quality and service has gone to the dogs. It will be better to get in the wheelchair and shop at the taxi rank... NO CUSTOMER CARE, NO SERVICE DELIVERY, WRONG AND ROTTEN PRODUCTS, BAD QUALITY, BEING CHARGED FOR STRESS, PAYING MORE FOR NOTHING... might as well be a government department... My advise... if you still have more money than brains and insist at shopping at Woolworths then go to the store yourself and avoid online like the plague
