On the 8th of Novemeber 2012 i purchased a Guess necklace from the store. Less than 3 months later the necklace started to tarnish. I took it back to the store on the 28th of January 2013, where i was told nothing could be done, so I left and consulted someone at the guess store who then told me it could be rectified being a manufacturing fault. Only then when i went back to Edgars did they take it back and told me that i could fetch the new one (replaced by guess) in 2 weeks. The guy at Edgars had the audacity to give me the number for guess and told me to phone and nag them if i wanted the necklace sooner!!! A month went by and i had no call from Edgars, not even out of courtesy to say that they were still waiting. i had to make several phone calls and trips to the store only to be given the run around..On one occasion when i went to the store, a Lady by the name of Miranda was extremely rude and after acknowledging that i was awaiting assistance, she only attended to me after she had finished doing whatever it was that she was doing. Today i am still the one making the phonecalls and doing the run around to follow up on whats happening with my necklace. i am extremely disgusted!!
