Payment overdue!

They are. I have been unemployed for moths which means I can not always pay the full amount on my clothes account. I borrow money to pay what I can, but telling this to a new person EVERY 3D day is making me crazy!! I do not even answer my phone anymore!! just chill and understand the situation and I am not the only one with this problem!! They need to LISTEN the first time and make a note on the system!! Because all I do now is yell at every person that calls me because I need to explain everything over to them like babies!!! Im tired of this now. And the amount is like R1000!! seriously people!!
