Retrenchment means JACK to them

So I sent an email to Edgars, emailing is FAR EASIER for me right now than calling, asking what I can do as I have been informed that my company is closing, and I would like to make payment arrangements, SHOULD I not be able to pay the full monthly instalment.
NOTE: Not saying I wont pay, I may just pay less.
I get a reply from Dineo saying and I quote: "Late payments result in an overdue account which will attract additional interest charges until the account is paid up to date"
So, the fact that I am forewarning you of this means JACK to you? Sorry for me if we are being retrenched? Like I asked for it? I do have it in writing from my company if that will help??
Do you have ANY compassion for a person being retrenched??
