I have tried and tried to explain my situation to these people and yet nobody seems to understand. Try talking to them does not help. How can I pay that amount given to me if I do not have the money try telling them but they never seem to listen!!! I have paid the account but due to my financial situation i cannot afford my full installments!!! When I speak to a consultant an make a arrangement i get emails saying that my account will be handed over.. Either try to help but dont mess my around
