Clear my Account ASAP

I am going to keep this short cause i believe people who are appointed to do their jobs should know how to do it and not be monitored like kids by client. I paid my account in January and asked the accounts department to cancel and close my account as i didnt need it anymore and guess what nothing was not done and it still shows that i have an amount overdue (i dnt knw what amount). i asked for a letter to confirm that it was canceled and to date havent received anything. do me a favor and please clear my name, i will be calling the credit bureau on friday i would like to find that note that says amount overdue gone so that my name can be cleared, if not then Edgars will come and do it on my behalf.
