Overall Bad Service From @Home / Missing Weights

I purchased a day bed from @home on the second of January. The bed was delivered and assembled the following Monday but it had cracks and I sent it back. I was advised that a new bed would be delivered the following week. After not hearing from them I dispatch their on the 20th and was sent from pillar to post, the bed was eventually delivered and assembled on Friday, 22 January but the weights were missing. I decided not to call but visit their Design Quarter store to lay the complaint of the missing weights hoping that the Store Manager, Colin Kramer, would assist, instead he asked me to drop an email. If I had wanted to drop an email I would have called the store and asked for his details and not driven to the store. I then contacted Dispatch and Georgina said she'd get back to me. I have been contacting dispatch and still awaiting their response. The last person I spoke to at dispatch was Megan and am still waiting for their response.
