My cellphone was book in for repairs on the 27/12/12. After receiving a text from the repair centre with the reference number for the booking of the on the 05/01/13. I decided to contact them. the first lady informed the Monday 07/01/13 that the phone was repaired and the phone will only be dispatch on the friday as it has to go through a qualify control test which runs 24hours. So, my question was why dispatch friday if the 24hours are over the tuesday already? on monday the 14/01/13 i phoned in again and spoke to a girl by the name of Thato at 8:41 and she told me the phone has been fixed but not yet been dispatch. I asked to speak to the manager but apparently he was busy and his 2IC was also busy and there was nobody senior. ANGRY i ended the call next morning i called again and the lady Lungelwa said the phoned was dispatch I asked for proof to be mailed to me. she said i will get it in a hour. never received a email. Thursday i phoned to query the story again. spoke to Priscilla at 14:10. she told me to my surprise that the phone was dispatch the 11/01/13. I felt like a real fool for the stories all. They just cost you a a upgrade with referals. Bad services all ove
