I would like to thank Natalie for taking it apon herself nd call me regarding my dispute. She explained that it was actually resolved on the 04th of Feb already..She mananged to adjut whatever needed to be adjusted, i must say i really wanted to close this account, but now from being a sad nd angry customer now I'm a satified customer.
