Poor Service

I bought a weight set at game unaware of the fact that they have no stock on the bars that come with the weights.
and now its been over 2 months and I am still waiting for them to have stock so that I can finally get the bar that comes with the set.

management contacted me after my 1st complaint on hello peter a month ago, but how difficult can it really be to get a hold of these bars, when they still have the weights in store.

this is ridiculous and appalling I have been so patient with them and yet they show no concern after all this time i have given them waiting for them to have stock.

they did however offer me a ridiculously long bar that would render the weights I bought less effective.

again I say I don't understand what their policies are on selling out-of-stock items, i have bought the set now why not put me and anybody else as a priority in obtaining the missing stock items for us.

To the management of GAME UMHLANGA, can I please get some feedback on this, i gave you just over 2 months to arrange stock and am still waiting!
