Disgusting Service!!!

I purchased a LG 7KG Front Loader for my wife on Sunday morning with the promises and understanding that it be delivered today 13th of May 2013, I requested of my 79 year old Grandmother to be available for the washing machine to be delivered so she can accept delivery for me.

The unit was supposed to be delivered by 12pm, my grandmother has been waiting outside all day and eventually phoned me at 3:30pm to tell me nothing had arrived, so I called customer services and spoke to Hermann and he told me he would investigate and dispatch would get back to me, no one contacted me and eventually I had to phone dispatch itself only for Eric to rudely tell me that I must wait. He eventually called me back 30 mins later telling me my front loader would be delivered today, when I asked him a time he told me that he will not tell me a time because of procedure...

Excuse ME?!?!?! Somebody purchases an appliance with R4000 and you will NOT tell him what time his appliance will be delivered! That constitutes and I will be in contact with my attorneys and invoke CPA...

This is disgusting service!
