Absent after sale service and no response

I bought a couch delivered with missing screws. After my complaint, I caught the sales person in the store unscrewing the couch on display in the store, and assemble my couch with used, rusty screws.

Wrong name and address was entered into the delivery receipt after I went into the store multiple times to correct the delivery information. I had to communicate with the delivery guy myself on the day of delivery to make sure that the couch was delivered to the right address.

4 Months later, the couch leg broke when I barely sat on it. I complained via the email they provided multiple times with no response. I went into the store twice to lodge a complaint and wish for refund and was told that someone will call me - no one has called. I was constantly told that someone "supposed" to call, which completely pushed away the responsibility to the third party.

I asked for refund, was turned down and told that the supplier will repair the couch. When I asked for an email address to document my complaint, the quality assurance lady Maria told me that I should write an email to the email address of the store, which I never got response from.

The most pathetic after-sales service ever!
