To whom it may concern,

I am very upset as I'm drafting this e-mail. After taking my watch to American Swiss on 25 June to have the battery replaced on my Guess watch, I am now been given the option to choose a watch of a cheap sub-standard quality in my opinion. The options given doesn't even come close to what I had...
No-one can tell me what happened to my watch which I handed in for repairs - just to have a battery replaced??? Reasons being given that it got lost in transit - You've got to be kidding me!!!
I entrusted American Swiss, who in turn uses you, S.Bacher & Company, as a supplier/vendor. It is exactly 3 months later and my watch is still nowhere to be found.

I will NOT accept that it's lost or being given the option to choose another one just to make the problem go-away to try and appease me. I furthermore intend to take the matter to the media so as to make other customers aware of the incompetence of your establishment.
