Worst Pharmacist every met

My husband had the most unfortunate experience of meeting Lambo a pharmacist at the Lakeside branch. He cold not read the prescription and when he called the doctor the receptionist requested he fax the script to her that she could confirm the medication but as he told her that is not his job. He then told my husband to go back to the doctor and promptly walked off with no explanation. My husband requested an explanation but he simply ignored him. He wento Checkers Hyper who suprisingly could read the script but did not have my medication or a generic for me and even more surprising my pharmacy in Tom Jones could read the script and offer me a generic. In fact Lambo has a history of rudeness previously i booked my husband for those yearly discovery tests the sister could not get it registerd on the system he told my husband that he had to go sort it out with the medical aid as it was not his problem it turns out after calling the medical aid that in fact it was his problem he had double added the cost that is why it was blocked on the system. I will definitely be writing to discovery that the aliance with Clicks seriously needs to be looked into with their bad customer service.
