Yesterday my teenage daughter bought a pair of shoes without my knowledge. I was not happy with the purchase so I rushed back to the store to explain my situation. The purchase was done by cash & the shoes cost R450. Only a couple of minutes had passed since the purchase ( -10min). When I arrived there, the sales lady told me that the store had a no refund policy. I explained to her that I was not happy with the purchase & only a few minutes had passed since the transaction which was also done without my consent. She phoned the store manager Sumaya/Sammy to explain this situation. The manager point blank refused & was not interested in my problem. Surely their are exceptions to the rules especially when such a short time had lapsed. The store manager was very unsympathetic to my situation. This was really very upsetting. Store owners are so greedy for money that they don't care about customer satisfaction anymore.
