Still fighting for refund

So I ordered Christmas presents on the 13th December 2012. I was promised I would receive them before Christmas, I never did. I received the goods 2 days after Christmas and 1 electronic item ceased to work a few days later. I informed them on January the 3rd 2013. It then took 2 weeks to eventually get them to acknowledge that it was broken and that I am entitled to a refund. I spoke to a women the next day who promised me the refund in next few days. In February I still had not received a refund and made a Hellopeter complaint. I was phoned by a Kalahari employee who apologised and said they would fix things and phone me back the next day. It is now 11 days later and I still have not received my money and have not even been contacted again by Kalahari.

3rd time in 2 months where I have been given empty promises by this company. I am so disgusted by the service I am receiving. If anyone has had any success getting money back from Kalahari please let me know how?
