Cash Paid no Delivery

I bought bedroom furniture from Coricraft Centurion, on Monday 4 February. I paid cash and they confirmed via SMS that the delivery would take place on 12 February between 15:00 and 18:00. I waited at home, sitting where I could see anyone coming-up to the gate. I waited, with my cellphone in my hand. Sure enough, around 16:30 someone from the delivery company, Compos called from their office to confirm that the delivery truck was a few suburbs away to get to me, a distance of about 15 minutes. I waited and only went into the house at 19:00. My cellphone was still in my hand and I would occasionally check if they were there. They never pitched. The next day I called and Ian at the shop told me that Thandi would call back. She didn't.. I called the delivery company and they told me the delivery truck came to my gate but no one saw them.. She went on to say they had called me but my phone was off.. Angy promised to send me an SMS confirming delivery for today. She did not.. I called this morning and I was told Angy is not at her desk and there are no managers to speak to. All I need is a what I paid for, and I am sure this is the last time I shop there!!
