BAD AFTER SALES SERVICE

After a Nov purchase, finnaly my order was ready and i was smsed on Sat that i should call the shop on Monday (04/02) to get the estimated time of delivery, which i did and i was told someone was going to get back to me about the matter. i waited for about 4 hours, from the morning. next thing i know i get a call at around 14:30 from the branch asking if there is anyone at my place because the driver is there, i told them wow i was still waiting for the confirmation of the delivery time. i was asked what time can i be at home, told them around 15:30, then the guy said that is fine he will just inform the driver. i droped my work to rush to the house, after about 20 min. (around 14:50) i get a call from the same guy saying we have to reschedule the delivery, the driver has been there long enough. this was puzzling because: 1. i did say i'd be at home at around 15:30, which he okeyed. 2. nobody from Coricraft called me in the first place to say that they were on their way to the house, they decided to just rock up, i had to drop my work just like that only to be told whilest on the way that no lets reschedule for Thursd..How do i know if this wont be repeated?
