I placed an order and confirmed that delivery would be done when a delivery was made in my area. I paid the amount and then called back the next day, I was told be Sheldon that a truck is coming near me and the delivery was on the truck. The next day I called at lunch to enquire about the del. it's out on delivery I was told.By 15:00 I still had not got delivery, so I called again, "the truck is out, I will call the driver and get back to you", I waited until 17:00, then the offices were closed. The next morning I called again, same story, but I was told the company closes at 13:00, but the delivery will be made. again at 12:00 I called, "we forgot to put the deliver on the truck", no problem, I will personally deliver on Saturday, again I called as I had not heard anything, "sorry we are closed", I got the mobile no of Sheldon, I called, he said he had other stuff to and cannot come today. In my opinion, I have been very patent waiting for the delivery. I was waiting for this component to finish a job for a customer, based on the commitment from MR Plastic I scheduled the job, I am now not able to deliver the job to my customer on time and have to pay penalties.
