Unable to deliver my PAIDUP couch

I have paid up my couch at Coricraft and it is not delivered. These people are failing to do prearrangement with me for the delivery of my couch. I got an auto sms on 02nd Sept that there will be a delivery on the 03rd Sept between 15h00 & 18h00, the very same dayTebogo (person responsible for deliveries at coricraft) contacted me to say that I must expect a call from the delivery people (02 Sept) to arrange time for the 3rd Sept delivery. No one called. At around 14h00 on 3 Sept, I got a call from Tebogo to inform me that they are around my place, I told him that I have waited for a call (2nd Sept) no one called to make arrangement. I told him to reschedule my delivery for the following week (11 Sept). On the 10th Sept, I got another auto sms, a call from Tebogo that these people will contact me to arrange for the following day but they did not. To cut story short, they came to my place at around 13:00 on 12th and could not find me, I have asked them to come back at 17:30, they did not. Today they have phned again to say they will be at my place from 13:00, i told them to be there at 18:30 they are refusing, they said they are going to charge me for another delivery. Can you help
