INCORRECT BILLING & HARASSED FOR PAYMENT

In October 2012 I purchased clothes & then a month later returned a few of the items. My installment jumped up drastically after the purchase (by R500). After I returned the items I requested the assistant to take the amount off my installment and not my outstanding balance. This would effect my installment. this was not done & Truworths is now holding me liable for the inflated installemnt. It is supposed to be SIX (6) months interest free but if I calculate the months on the repayment I would have paid it up in 5 months. I have been harassed by call centre agents despite logging a query on their website and speaking to management. They are now threatening to hand me over. I fear my credit record will be affected by their mess up. I have been paying what I calculated would be due should the amounts have been calculated correctly.
