Jet - happily letting go of customers

I called the Edcon Centre for assistance on tracking down a clothing item as I could not find the size I needed in the Cresta branch.
The call centre agent that I dealt with, Thabang was excellent, however, she was not able to assist me as the clothing I wanted is only in stock at the Jet in Southgate and Edcon do not allow for stock transfers to be done for Jet.
I can't get to Southgate and although they have the stock, and in my mind should simply transfer to a branch closest to their customer, they prefer to see us walking away and spending our money elsewhere. What a pity!
