PARCEL DELIVERED & ACCEPTED BY AN UNKNOWN PERSON

On the 25th of January 2013 I ordered & paid in full an Ironing Board from HomeChoice. On the 12th of Feb I received an SMS telling me that my parcel was recently accepted by a third party. Before that the delivery guys gave a stranger my contact details to call me for directions. I received irritating pls calls from her. I lost counts how many times I have called and ask to speak to the Supervisor. I was suppose to fax an affidavit to confirm that I did not receive that parcel. I refused to do that because i had to ask my neighbours if they did not receive anything for me. I have a helper at home 24/7.
Okay, finally on the 13th of March I went and got an affidavit and faxed during March 2013 and emailed to HomeChoice on the 10th of April 2013. Up until now they have not called me. On my affidavit I have asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. HomeChoice's service stinks and I want nothing to do with them anymore. Please refund me and CLOSE THE ACCOUNT.
