I purchased a few clothing items (about R5400) at their store on the 12th Feb at 20:50. Among the items were 2 shirts with a very long sleeve design. The sales person promised to get the sleeves shortened by a professional tailor that normally do alterations on their clothes at a certain charge. We got held up in conversation and they were about to close the shop, so I left with all the iterms. The following morning I brought the two items back with the receipt, for the agreed alteration. This time I met a not so friendly sales lady who told me that "We don't do that and the person who told you that is on leave". Fortunately the items were still in the stores packaging and I had the receipt so I requested a refund. She pointed out to me that on the receipt it's stated that "NO REFUNDS" and she called the manager for me. Carl, the manager, arrived shortly and confirmed that they have a no refund policy but I can exchange the items. The problem was that I normally buy blue shirts from them and their new range consisted of this new design.
