I have complained about this store before and this it unfortunate that we as paying customers have to write such complaints all the time. My wife has an account at edgards, I insured my phone under this account. on Saturday 09 February 2013 at 11:42 I submitted a claim at this store which I was informed the insurance would attend to on a Monday. I did not call in and chach that Monday, I called on Tuesday three time, spoke to a solomon, and Thami both of whiched failed to assist due to the fact that the insurance claims they dont even have details of the claim, meaning Jankie did not send through. Yesterday I called in AGAIN spoke to Jankie whos also did not knw anything about the claim, said he would check and get back to me by 18:00, I called at 10:00am mind you. (does it take all day to find a claim?). This is utterly unacceptable and I demand this be sorted out today. Edgars staff at this mall need up their game when it comes to customer service before we start interpreting it otherwise. Can this claim be finalise and can people please DO THEIR JOBS THAT THEY ARE PAID TO DO!!!
