HI-FI CORP IN WITBANK MIGHT AS WELL CLOSE DOWN

Went to Hi-Fi Corp (Witbank) on Saturday 31 August 2013. Stood in line (to pay) for more than 25 minutes without moving an inch. After asking around I was advised that this was actually how it goes every day at the Witbank branch. Requested to speak to manager. Asked him to arrange cashiers as the two who were supposed to assist us, were busy with "problems". I was then laughed at by a fellow employee, Mr. Kylan Govender, who, after Mr. Hlophe tried to discipline him, dismissed Mr. Hlophe and kept laughing... This is terrible. Another employee then joined in laughing away at all the people standing in the line hoping to some day pay... I took a photo of Mr. Hlophe and Mr. Govender. When I tried to take a photo of the other laughing employee, he RAN away afraid of being identified... Hopefully the Witbank branch will close down, maybe then the employees will realise that they can not just stand around and chat and eat McDonalds, they have to actually WORK! What a disgrace... Terrible... Not even the Manager, Mr. Hlophe, was able to contain the staff, they dismissed him like a 6 year old - TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! 30 minutes in a line to pay a R10 plug - Eish!
