LG AND HI FI CORP NO GOOD

Bought a LG TV from Hi Fi - Corruption in April, last week Thursday the screen just went black. There were sound but no picture. I went to Hi Fi Corp to report this and the service I received were really bad... The person were very rude and had a very bad attitude towards me... as if I broke the TV on purpose. I told him that I paid a lot of money for the item and that I just want a solution to have my money worth... I then phone the LG customer care and they said that I can take the item in and that I will get a brand new item... I did tell them that I wanted to load a complaint on hallo Peter and they asked me not to. I took the item and guess what I'm still waiting for a call and a TV... I have been to the Hi Fi Corp store 4 times since I reported the problem... NO ONE has contacted me... NO SERVICE NO JOY! LG did inform me that the credit had been loaded and that I could get a REPLACEMENT on FRIDAY... It is Monday and nothing had happened... Now they staff at Hi Fi is telling me that there is NO credit... so the one is saying this and the other one that... NOT GOOD NOT GOOD AT ALL!
