Double charged & no refund!

I purchased a fridge form Hi Fi Corp on the 14-09-2013 for the amount of R8999-95 but my card was charged twice that amount. Between Hi Fi Corp & Nedbank, i am getting absolutely no help in the return of my funds,
i have been sent from pillar to post for the last 3 days as everyone is passing the buck on to someone else and
not even the manager, on his level, is prepared to help me!
When i try to get hold of the manager i have been told that he is "too busy" to take my calls and rectify a problem that occured in his store which he could easily reverse as per Nedbanks confirmation!
I am absolutely disgusted with this treatment from Hi Fi Corp and want my money back!
Is this the way a big corporation such as Hi Fi Corp treats there clients, this is unacceptable!
