ON 06/05/2013 I BOUGHT A KELVINATOR KD12WW1, SERIAL NO: PNC911230035 FROM MACRO SILVER LAKES. ON 18/12/2013 I SAW A ERROR INTENSIVE LIGHT WAS FLICKER FLEETLY AT FIRST I TRIED THE TEL NO GIVEN IN THE KELVINATOR MANUAL WITHOUT RESPONSE. ON THE 19/12/2013 I PHONE MAKRO SILVER LAKES AND SPOKE TO LORAINE SEHATA SHE TOOK THE COMPLAINT AND GIVEN ME THE RIGHT NUMBER FOR KELVINATOR TO PHONE EVERY DAY UNTIL 24/12/2013 AND EVERY DAY THEY (KELVINATOR) TOLD ME THE TECHNITION IS COMING. IF I DONT PHONE THEY NEVER PHONE YOU BACK AND GIVE FEEDBACK OF ANY SORTS. LORAINE FROM MAKRO ALSO PHONED THEM NON STOP WITH SAME ANSWERS. EVENTUALLY ON 09/01/2014 THERE WERE SOMEBODY TO LOOK AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM. EVERYTHING WAS FINE UNTIL I USED THE DISHWASHER FOR THE 2ND TIME THE WATER WAS STREAMING OUT OF THE BACK OF THE MACHINE TODAY I PHONED AGAIN AND IS DEFINATELY NO HAPPY CLIENT BECAUSE ROBIN FILBERBAUER THAT I SPOKE TO TODAY 13/01/2014 PROMISED ME HE WILL PHONE ME BACK LATER TODAY WELL THE TIME NOW IS 22:00 AND NO PHONECALLS WAS RECEIVED. I WANT A NEW MACHINE BECAUSE IT BRAKE TWICE IN 1 WEEK AFTER HAVING THE MACHINE FOR 7 MONTHS. HOW WILL IT ENDS IF WE ARE STILL IN YEAR 1 OF GUARANTEE THAT MUST BE 2YR.
