Kelvinator
No response from repairing company

We bought a dishwasher from Makro in November 2012. 3 weeks ago it stopped working andf my husband phoned Kelvinator and said they would send someone out. They send a tecnitian out but never heard back. I phoned the company who was sent but the lady was so rude and couldn't give me an answer.they phoned last week and said they are coming monday and still we waiting to hear if its fixed or not but no one phones us!? Must I tather take it back to Makro or what?
