Frustrated

I recently bought an Acer E1-571 Laptop with was on sale last week only to find the keys are switched. I am really frustrated as Acer is a very great Brand and i'm seriously disappointed. I need the manager to call me to resolve this matter. Don't Game check their stuff before dispatching!!!? In future they should.
