I complained 2 weeks ago about pathetic service from coricraft after they delivered damaged goods to my house. I then cancelled the order and went to the store 2 weeks ago to complete the refund form. They collected the furniture last week Friday and assured me that the refund would be done immediately and reflect in my account within 72 hours. Still no money in my account! Gerald called me on Monday advising that they have on record that I paid with a credit card yet I have sent them proof of the purchase from my cheque account together with my cheque bank details and still no refund. Seems like an unnecessary delay to retain funds that do not belong to them. So now I do not have furniture or my money - something wrong with this equation??
