Purchase on accout which I do not have

I have been a regular customer of Homemark for a long time and have made a lot of purchases all of which have been on a strict CASH BASIS only, however I have receiving constant SMS on my cell phone telling me I owe them money. The latest SMS was to say that my account which I do have has no been handed over for collection. I contacted Homemark but there response was that it is my problem to sort out this is a pathetic answer and shocking customer service why must I be inconvenienced by somebody else's incompetence. The suspected goods were delivered to Alexandra, how were they delivered and who signed it don't they check I.D before opening an account if they did their work correctly this would never have happened. I have also been Blacklisted as a result of this.
