Pathetic Service!!!

Greetings,

On the 29th Oct '12, I took my Police watch for repairs (fit new strap). I was told it would take - a month to fix it. After a month and a half, I decided to pop into the store. A sales person told me that Police Head office is closed for Christmas holidays and they'll re-open on the 4th.

Second week of Jan I called Edgars Clearwater, I was sent from pillar to post with no positive feedback. Someone said she'll get the person that assisted me initially (Nomsa) to call me back but I never got any call from her. On Saturday I went to the store, I got hold of Nomsa. She said Police Head office is already closed for the day, she can only call me back on Monday to give me feedback - still waiting for her to call me.

It's almost 4 months now, but I still haven't received my watch.

I insist that I get my watch back. I'll take it to Cajees or anywhere else where I won't need to deal with a bunch of clowns.
