Still waiting a year late

My wife and I bought our son a 9' bounce king trampoline from Game 17th Quarter in Port Elizabeth for Christmas 2011. On assembly I noticed that 21 of the springs were stretched, I carried on with the installation regardless so as to have the gift for my son on Christmas morning. Subsequently I have been back into the store 5 times and phoned 3 or so times every time the person on the other end has promised to get back to me regarding replacements. Now over a year later and still with stretched springs I am at a loss as to what to do because clearly the staff couldn't give hoot about helping.
