I would like to bring to your attention the decline of your service. My first issue is at Galleria,
Where my wife had purchased a Police watch. After 2 months the leather band broke.
When my wife took the watch to the store, the attendant told her that there was nothing that
The store can do and we need to get hold of the watch company. My wife went back to the store
And told another attendant what had transpired the day before. This attendant had taken the watch
To be repaired - it is now 3 weeks and there is no feedback. I wish to refund this product
And take my business to another retailer as Edgars is failing on customer service and its
Brand integrity.
