Unbelievably bad service

I purchased goods in May 2013, a Fridge, TV, Dining Room Suite and a Bedroom Suite. They delivered the goods 2 weeks after I signed the deal. The dining room suite was only delivered a month later. They assembled the dining room suite and one chair was broken. When we sat on the chairs they were all broken. I complained to the store and after another week they picked the chairs up. I kept on phoning them to find out what is happening only to get an answer they waiting for stock. A week later I went to the store to find three chairs standing on the store, the manager Minesh advised that he does not have transport to deliver the chairs. I than advised the manager I rather change the dining room suite and take something else. He advised he will get back to me. I went to the store spoke to him telling him what I wanted and he was suppose to come back to me. I must have made 50 phone calls during that time. There was a time I phoned him and told him that I was going to lay a complaint and he said I can do whatever I want to. I went in and chose something else. In September they delivered me damaged goods from the floor. Till now I am still awaiting new goods.
