No delivery just excuses

Order was placed on 28 January. I did not receive anything despite their claim of delivery within 4 days. I made contact several times via email and telephone. After numerous attempts they finally blame me and their courier service. And the facts they stated on trying to contact me is absolutely not true. Now, they dont have stock and can not send me anything.
