Zando
No Delivery from Zando after 2 weeks

I ordered my shoes online with Zando on 31/1/2013 (order 200462532) and opted for cash on delivery and got a confirmation that the delivery will be within 5 days. No delivery was made and upon enquiring I was told that the package is with the courier. The courier never sent me the tracking email nor made the delivery. Spend numerous hours with Zando to try get this package delivered but still nothing up to date (12 Feb 2013). Glad I did not pay upfront for my shoes as it would have been a nightmare to get the money back. My call with their customer complaint centre has been closed and deemed delivered - that is not good business practice.
