I placed my order on Sunday (01-12-2013) and received confirmation via email with a tracking number on Wednesday evening saying that the order will be on the next courier cycle. I made sure that someone was available to accept the order but by 16:30, no order had arrived. I called the courier company who said the parcel was on the vehicle and gave me the contact number of the driver. I tried calling for the next 45 mins but every time it went directly to voicemail. On Friday at about midday, I called again and asked the consultant to contact the driver to confirm a delivery time. She called back 20 mins later and said there had been a mix up and the parcel was not on the vehicle but assured me that they are sorry for the mix up and that the package will be delivered between 10am and 12pm on Saturday, needless to say that it was not delivered and I am still waiting for delivery of my goods. This is absolutely disgusting service and while mixups are sometimes unavoidable, it should still be Zando's duty to call their customers and let them know that the package will not be arriving so they don't sit around wasting 3 days waiting for something that won't arrive.
